We found this bus @ 9am right on the border between Bolivia and Chile, in the middle of the andean cordillera at an elevation of 4500m (15,000 ft). For those who wanna check it out on google earth, here are the GPS coordinates:
22°52’51.90’’S
67°47’50.26’’O
What is funny is that it appears to be painted according to the colors from the bolivian flag.

In the background you can see the Cerro Toco (5500m/18,000ft) and behind me was the volcano Juriques (quite the same elevation), which I'll post a picture of.
